MTC House

As part of the MTC Foundation, we helped with some design elements of the house. We also partnered with Massanutten Technical Center on a modular classroom and restaurant services classroom remodel. Why support this school? It is a good question. We are facing a huge problem in the construction industry. Our skilled workers are aging out of the industry and young people are not entering the workforce at a rate that is sustainable. We are in need of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and even painters. We have seen a large spike in labor rates recently as those in the industry are struggling to keep up with demand. Massanutten Technical Center is doing incredible work to train the next generation of builders, electricians, masons, and plumbers. Your support of this auction will give the faculty needed resources to guide these students into the future.
