Our very own Caitlin Morgan was recently selected as one of Daily News Record’s 10 under 40 for her work in the community and in her field! In case you missed it you can read the full article about Caitlin’s impact here and about paving the way for women in construction! Caitlin is not only an active member of the Gaines Group team but also spends time in her community volunteering at the Virginia Quilt Museum and has been an invited speaker at a variety of industry conferences! Her love of art history and attention to detail make her a knowledgeable source for all things quilting. She even started her own small business (See More Co.) quilting bags, blankets, tablecloths, and even working in graphic design. She is not only passionate about architecture but cares deeply about our community, environmental future, and supporting others in the industry.

While Caitlin is still a newer member of our team, she has adopted our mission of serving our community with full force. Caitlin is the second member of our Harrisonburg team to get this honor, read about our first, Deborah, here. Congratulations Caitlin, keep up the good work of putting service above self and leading with empathy.

We are beyond proud of Caitlin and her selfless work in the community, as well as excited to see her grow and reach new heights in her design career.
