We felt as if we needed guidance in helping to understand new design techniques and materials that were based on environmental and energy efficiency. Charles Hendricks was a major contributor and leader in this effort. Not only did Charles guide us through the paperwork to attain LEED registration status for the house, but he was instrumental in working with suppliers and distributors to provide materials for our project. Our high school was the first-ever in the country to earn LEED registration for the construction of a residential home. We have recently put the modular home on the market and hope to attain LEED Certification status, another major milestone.
